1. Free Delivery

All orders worth PKR 2,000 or above are eligible for Free Delivery.
2. Standard Delivery Charges

For orders below PKR 2,000, a fixed delivery charge of PKR 250 will be applied.
3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation.

Deliveries to smaller towns or remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed only on working days (Monday – Saturday).

No processing or shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
